（记者 曾业俊）据彭博昨引述消息称，内地正研究优先吸引由中资持股的欧洲企业返回内地上市集资，例如潍柴动力（2338）任最大股东的德国起重车生产商凯傲（KION Group）。报道指，计划将参考「沪伦通」，以预托证券形式吸引欧资到上交所挂牌，目前有几家公司正在研究通过计划。
